Terms and Conditions

Read through these before you use our vintage costume rental and retail service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Words that start with capital letters have specific meanings in these conditions. They work the same way whether they're singular or plural. Here's what we mean by the key terms: • Affiliate means a company that controls, is controlled by, or works under the same parent as another company. • Country is Washington, United States. • Company is "Greenfolio", also called "We", "Us" or "Our". That's our costume rental and retail platform. • Device is any computer, phone, tablet or whatever you're using to access the service. • Service means the Website. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") is this agreement between you and Greenfolio about how you use the service. • Third-party Social Media Service means anything created by other companies that shows up or gets included in the service. • Website is our costume rental platform. • You means the person accessing the service, or the company or legal entity they're accessing it for.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions control how you use this service and form the agreement between you and Greenfolio. They lay out what everyone can and can't do. Using the service means you accept and follow these terms. They apply to anyone who visits, uses or accesses it. By using the service you're agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part, don't use it. You need to be 18 or older. Greenfolio doesn't let anyone younger use the service.

Links to Other Websites

Our service might link to third-party websites or services we don't own or run. Greenfolio doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for their content, privacy policies or how they operate. You understand that Greenfolio isn't liable for any damage or loss from using or trusting anything on those other websites or services.

Termination

We can shut off your access right away without warning or explanation if you break these terms or for almost any reason. Once that happens, you can't use the service anymore.

Limitation of Liability

Whatever damages you end up with, Greenfolio and our suppliers are only responsible for what you actually paid us. If you never bought anything, that's capped at 100 USD. We're not liable for special, indirect or consequential damages under any circumstances. This includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury or loss of privacy from using or not being able to use the service. Even if we knew something bad might happen or if this limitation doesn't end up protecting you the way it's supposed to, this still applies.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The service comes to you as-is and as-available with whatever problems it has. Greenfolio, its affiliates and service providers don't make any promises about the service. That covers express, implied or legal guarantees. No warranty for how well it works, whether it fits what you need, that it's actually ours to give you, or that it won't violate someone else's rights. Nothing from past deals or how things usually work in this industry changes that either. More specifically, nobody here guarantees that the service will work, that it'll stay up and running, that any information is accurate or current, or that the servers and everything we send you are free of viruses, malware or other nasty stuff.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Country, not including its conflict of law rules. Local, state, national or international laws might apply to your use as well. If something goes wrong, try to work it out with Greenfolio informally first.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union users: EU consumer protection laws in your country apply to you and we have to follow them. United States users represent and warrant that you're not in a country under US embargo or considered a supporter of terrorism, and you're not on any US government prohibited or restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, it gets changed to work as much as possible under the law and the rest stays in effect. Not using a right or not requiring someone to do something doesn't mean you lose that right later. Letting something slide once doesn't mean you're okay with it happening again.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We might translate these terms but the English version is what counts if there's a disagreement. We can change these terms whenever we want. If it's a big change we'll try to give you at least 30 days notice before it takes effect. Keep using the service after those changes and you're agreeing to the new version. These terms started on the date listed above.
